Another great advantage of Mirage is its immediate proximity to the Old Nessebar – it is less than 5 min enjoyable walk along the costal street! The town of Nessebar consists of Old and New part. Old Nessebar is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea linked with the New Nessebar only by a long and narrow isthmus. The old town has existed for more than 3,000 years, first emerging as a fortified Thracian settlement; afterwards it was a Greek polis, then a Roman colony. Since 1983 it is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. The monuments date back from 11th to 14th centuries almost all of them churches in the so called "picturesque" style: walls intersected by pilasters and lunettes, with stone, brick and ceramic ornaments and arches along the cornice.
Today the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere: narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, two-storey period houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets and external staircases, gift shops, fine fish restaurants, tavern and lovely flower gardens.

Typical yacht cruise program:
10:30 a.m. The boat departs from Nessabar Yacht Club and begins a panorama of Old Nessabar and Sunny Beach. Stops on the way for fishing, swimming, and champagne diving. During the trip varied events will take place dependent on age group and weather.
13:00 a.m. Arrive at a small secluded bay for a buffet style lunch.
2:30 p.m. Boat lifts anchor and departs on its return journey to Nessebar.

Rentals will be managed through our sister management company in Nessebar. There is a flexible rental agreement for those wishing to use their property for longer periods. They will be entitled to 75% of the daily rent. The contract can be signed initially for 1 or 2 years.
